QI Sub-Committee
The Trauma Nurse Coalition will meet June 27th from 11 am to 1 pm at
ICEP, Oak Brook and in the Cardinal Room at Memorial Medical Center, Springfield.
TAB QA Committee will follow from 1-3 pm.
Here are directions to Memorial Medical Center,
Springfield:
I-55 to Clearlake Avenue exit/ I-72 interconnection. Take Clearlake Avenue WEST.
This will take you to downtown Springfield.
At First Street, turn RIGHT.
(streets are in descending order)
Continue 3 blocks and you will see the main entrance to the hospital on your
LEFT.
Visitor parking is available on your LEFT at First and Carpenter, and also up
one block on the RIGHT at First and Miller.
Enter the main lobby. Staff at the information desk can point you in the
right direction.
Tell them you want the Cardinal Room, Lower Level, by the Emergency Department
waiting room.
